Refund terms

These terms apply to the Scholarship Season Package (CA$249 pilot price). They are stated before you pay and are the same for every family.

1. Cancel within 14 days, before the kick-off call

If you cancel within 14 days of payment and before the 30-minute kick-off call with your child, you get a full refund.

2. Fewer than 8 eligible awards

If we find fewer than 8 awards your child is eligible for, we tell you before the kick-off call, and you can cancel for a full refund.

3. Win more than you paid, or we refund you

Complete the package with us this season, and if your child wins less than CA$249 in total from the awards we applied for together, you get the CA$249 back. We check this at the end of the season, once providers have announced their decisions, and refund automatically to the card you paid with.

How to ask for a refund

Email billing@lifenavv.ca from the address you used to pay, reply to any Lifenavv email, or call Ukot at 1-647-450-3527. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
