Terms of service

Last updated: 4 November 2026

These terms are between you (the parent or guardian) and Co-create Development Ltd, a Canadian company that operates Lifenavv (lifenavv.ca). By requesting a free list or buying the Season Package you agree to them.

1. The service

Lifenavv finds scholarships, bursaries and programs that a Grade 11–12 student in Canada is eligible for, and helps prepare applications.

  • Free short list. We tell you how many verified awards we found for your child and show you the top 3 in full. It is free and you are under no obligation.
  • Scholarship Season Package. For one child and one school year: the full verified list, a 30-minute call with your child, up to 8 applications prepared in your child's own words, a named human reviewer on every application, teacher reference requests, deadline tracking, re-entry when an award opens again, results tracking and a note on how awards may affect student aid.

2. The pilot

The Season Package is offered as a pilot to the first 20 families at CA$249 (regular price CA$499). When 20 places are taken, reservations close. We may change or end the pilot for future families; anything you have already paid for is honoured.

3. No guarantee of award decisions

Award providers decide who wins. We do not guarantee that your child will win any award. Our lists are recommendations: always confirm details on the official page before applying. Our refund promise (see Refund terms) is the only commitment we make about results.

4. Your approval is required

Lifenavv never submits an application without your written approval of the exact version being sent, and your child approves their own words. Approval happens in your dashboard. Where an award does not allow a third party to submit, we prepare everything and walk you through submitting it yourself.

5. Your child's own words

Applications are drafted only from what your child tells us and from their real experiences. We never invent achievements, hours, marks or experiences. You and your child are responsible for making sure everything submitted is true. If something is wrong, tell your reviewer before you approve.

6. Award providers' AI policies

We record each provider's policy on AI or outside help and follow it. Where a provider prohibits writing help, we provide an outline and coaching only, and your child writes the application.

7. Your responsibilities

You confirm you are the child's parent or guardian, that the details you give are accurate, and that you will review each application before approving it. You are responsible for meeting any requirement only you can meet, such as signatures, identity documents or school nominations.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy notice.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Season Package. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under your province's consumer protection law.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes are emailed to package families. Questions: hello@lifenavv.ca or call Ukot at 1-647-450-3527. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
